I came in here because I had a 2015 ford the vehicle and I needed something new because I drive far to and from work so I needed another vehicle on top of that. My kid is very sick and I have to take her four hours for medical treatment, I came here explained everything to them what I was going through instead of them, looking at it as a money deal Bree and the owner. They helped me out and I was dealing with Scott Pharr the owner. He’s the best owner in car dealing with the company dealership that I ever seen. He’s the best anyone come here too Pharr Nissan of Chesterton, you cannot go wrong. They love you and want to help you. They’re not trying to make money off you. They’re trying to make you happy and getting you in a vehicle that actually you’re wanting and that you’re comfortable with they’re not pushing for you to hurry up and get a sale, they don’t care about the sale. They care about making us happy and they made me one hell of a customer now I have a second car loan on my own from a real dealership without a cosigner and my down payment was not crazy like dealerships be like This is the best car dealership I ever been to in my entire life and if I am in the market for another vehicle, they would be my number one stop

I was absolutely blown away at how friendly, and knowledgeable Scott, John and all of the other team members were. They were down to earth and straightforward, they didn’t try to play games. Worked with John and his team, and had such a great experience! They really worked the numbers with me to get everything where I needed them. 10/10 recommend! Everyone was so sweet and welcoming. We just bought a car from Pharr Nissan for our son and I was dreading it. My husband loves to haggle with the salesperson and I absolutely despise when the salespeople act like they are “arguing” with their boss to get the price we want, I know they are probably making plans for the night. Absolutely NOTHING ridiculous like that happened, they were super friendly, informative and gave us a better price than we were expecting. No tricks or gimmicks. My husband was really impressed with them and that never happens. At a car dealership. We will absolutely 100% buy from there whenever we need a car. I honestly can’t say enough great things about ALL of the staff! I absolutely loved Scott and John.

Friendly, helpful, not alot of pressure

I was a difficult customer to deal with. I didn’t mean to be, but life has thrown some curveballs at me lately, and my emotions are all over the place. Plus, even without the curveballs, I’m always looking for a deal. So I gave the managers grief, but they were still very professional and I saved money and they still made some money so it worked out great on both ends. Bree, my salesperson, was very cool & relatable. Christian, the general manager, has integrity & I appreciate that. I was hard on him at first, but then realized he is a really good person. He followed up to make sure I had a great experience with Nissan.So would I recommend you go to Victory Nissan? Yes, I would. They do have a great team. Plus, the showroom was very clean & welcoming & they really do have a HUGE selection of inventory.

I was really impressed with the service department at Bosak Nissan! After not being able to get in anywhere quickly, they were able to accommodate me to check my car out before an upcoming trip. They were very thorough, friendly, and enthusiastic about getting the job done. I really appreciated their help. The cherry on top was that they even cleaned the inside of my windshield where I had smears I couldn't get rid of. I didn't even ask them to do that! They went above and beyond and I really appreciate them!!!

Yesterday I went to Bosak Nissan to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Soon as the service was over I found out an Advisor name Jacob Fox there told me he gave me a 15 percent discount. This really helped me financially. He was very kind and signified good service. This service and workers like this keep me coming back. Quick and courteous

Bosak Nissan today calibrated a front sensor that had been replaced by a local body shop. Everything works fine. Good work by Bosak Nissan. Visited Bosak Nissan today for first oil change and tire rotation on Maxima. No waiting at check-in, everyone was courteous, friendly, masked-up, and I was on and out in under an hour. Great service. My visit to Bosak Nissan for my second change/tire rotation on 8/6/21 was great. Again, no waiting, I was kept informed about the status of the service, and my car was washed with the tires dressed. The young gentleman who managed my service did a great job: friendly, courteous, masked-up. Visit on 8/4/22 for oil change, tire rotation, and brake fluid exchange was fine: no waiting, no hassles, price was as quoted when I made the appointment, the service was completed in less time than the 1+1/2 hours indicated up front. Staff were friendly and helpful, plus no attempted up-sells. Good experience. 3/6/26, check engine light came on. I contacted Victory Nissan Service and they got me in that afternoon for a diagnostic test. At the dealership about an hour, testing revealed no problem, light coming on may have been related to a previous incident. Diagnostic reduced from $190 to $105, service rep very helpful and informative. Good experience. 4/6/26, visited Victory Nissan for an oil change and tire rotation. Greeted immediately upon arrival, in and out in under an hour, cost w. tax $77 and change. Informative and helpful service staff.

This is the place that I feel like a home. The service team, the sales team includes managers are second to none. Their expertise and professionalism are top notches. These lead me to come back again and again from Chicago for at least 10 years so far. I will be back again for either maintenance or shopping for new vehicles.

Not pushy, explained literally every button and feature of the vehicle when asked and volunteered. You know virtually everything about it before a test drive, learn more during, and get a refresher after so if you buy one you have no questions if how to do anything. Easy to work with. Might go quicker if you browse their selecting online ad you'd know which one you want, otherwise it can be a fairly quick process (depending on how many in front of you) Also the mechanic shop is friendly, explains things, gets you in asap when possible with straightforward quotes and timeliness. Overall great place. (Used them for repairs and new car purchase both)

Jacob Fox provides the best information and knowledge to maintain my Sentra and keep it running smoothly, like new! He also displays excellent customer service skills when providing explanations to certain routine tasks (such as fluid changes, inspections, engine etc).
