I came in here because I had a 2015 ford the vehicle and I needed something new because I drive far to and from work so I needed another vehicle on top of that. My kid is very sick and I have to take her four hours for medical treatment, I came here explained everything to them what I was going through instead of them, looking at it as a money deal Bree and the owner. They helped me out and I was dealing with Scott Pharr the owner. He’s the best owner in car dealing with the company dealership that I ever seen. He’s the best anyone come here too Pharr Nissan of Chesterton, you cannot go wrong. They love you and want to help you. They’re not trying to make money off you. They’re trying to make you happy and getting you in a vehicle that actually you’re wanting and that you’re comfortable with they’re not pushing for you to hurry up and get a sale, they don’t care about the sale. They care about making us happy and they made me one hell of a customer now I have a second car loan on my own from a real dealership without a cosigner and my down payment was not crazy like dealerships be like This is the best car dealership I ever been to in my entire life and if I am in the market for another vehicle, they would be my number one stop

We just bought a car from Pharr Nissan for our son and I was dreading it. My husband loves to haggle with the salesperson and I absolutely despise when the salespeople act like they are “arguing” with their boss to get the price we want, I know they are probably making plans for the night. Absolutely NOTHING ridiculous like that happened, they were super friendly, informative and gave us a better price than we were expecting. No tricks or gimmicks. My husband was really impressed with them and that never happens. At a car dealership. We will absolutely 100% buy from there whenever we need a car. I honestly can’t say enough great things about ALL of the staff! I absolutely loved Scott and John.

Seems like the bad reviews on here were when it was Bob Rohrman Nissan based on the dates... My comment pertains to Bosak Nissan. My experience with Bosak was awesome. I have never leased a vehicle in my life. General sales manager Zack Scott broke the lease process down so that I could understand. My wife and I got the vehicle we wanted, the payment we wanted, and left the dealership feeling like we actually got a great deal. They also gave me a fair price for my trade-in, instead of trying to bilk me out of what it was worth. Congratulations to Zack, Anyssa, and the internet sales mgr (forgot his name). Your knowledge and your attention to customer satisfaction will make Bosak my first stop when it comes time to buy/lease my next car. Thanks, Jim.
